| The CMS staff consists of nationally known hands-on professionals who have a strong appreciation of the security industry, its professional standards, and how to efficiently and effectively reduce a client's risk and exposure. Edward Badolato, President, CMS Mr. Badolato has over 30 years experience in security operations and contingency planning with particular focus on counterterrorism, intellectual property, property theft, protection of assets, and sensitive investigations. He has worked extensively on a full range of security issues with Fortune 500 corporations, as well as foreign governments. Mr. Badolato is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps. He founded CMS in 1989, upon leaving the Department of Energy, where he headed DOE's security and energy emergency programs. He was the Chairman of the National Cargo Security Council (1995-99), and has Chaired the FAA's Air Cargo Security Working Group. He is also the Executive Director of Counterterrorism and Security Foundation. He is a longtime member of the American Society of Industrial Security.
